From the moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere at Orapax set the stage for a great lunch! The food was exceptional, with the Greek sampler, gyro burger, and baklava all perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Our server, Hailey, was attentive and knowledgeable, making our experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

Dined here again and the chicken parmesan is absolutely amazing!!! Our server Tia was the best and had such great customer service!!! .I absolutely love this place! I dined here for the first time about a week ago and had such a great experience! The staff are very polite and we did not have to wait to be seated. It's so nicely decorated and I loved the low light atmosphere! Very intimate and focused. I had the rosemary fries to start off as an appetizer and it was so good! Squeeze the lemon juice on there to make the flavor pop even more! For the main course, I had the marinated Greek grilled chicken with Grecian rice and it was sooo good! It came with 2 nice sized chicken breast that was perfectly seasoned! It was most certainly a great deal to get so much food for a reasonable price. I can't wait to dine here again!

After a recommendation from a friend we tried Orapax yesterday and I can see why it was recommended! This place is AMAZINGGG! I love Greek/Mediterranean food but this place makes me want to try everything on the menu (even things I wouldnt normally try)! The atmosphere EXCELLENT, Staff/Service EXCELLENT, Food ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR!! We had a long time to relax before an event and let our waitress Alissa know we were not in a rush and she was so kind and checked in on us the perfect amount and gave us space when needed & ensured we had a relaxing experience. She helped guide us on questions we had about different food options and just really added to our nice evening - Thank you Alissa! I have already been thinking about when I can come back! Jealous of anyone that lives close and goes often, because this would be a once a week at minimum for me if I lived close! Thank you Orapax for the wonderful evening!

Finally!! Got around to stopping here for dinner. The food was incredible! I can truly see why it has been such a staple in Norfolk for so long. We got the sampler and flaming cheese for apps. I had the gyro bowl and cup of the lemon chicken soup and could not have been more pleased. The service was excellent as well ! Cannot wait to eat there again.

Great spot. We ate on a Saturday evening in Jan, so maybe a busy night in off season? The service was top notch. We sat at the bar and the bartender was experienced and attentive. Nice to see a big staff running really well together. Food and drinks were awesome. We had Pegasus Wings (large and tasty) and an Orapax All the Way pizza (crispy crust, plenty of fresh toppings). Specialty cocktails were incredible. We had the Orapax Mule and a fresh blackberry tequila-based cocktail. Both were excellent. Next time we’ll try some of the more traditional dishes. Everything we saw looked delicious. We’ll be back!

I used to live a few blocks away from this local restaurant, and had had a bad experience, so when my friend wanted to have lunch here, I was a bit hesitant. But my experience this time was absolutely wonderful. Great local restaurant with excellent food, combination of Mediterranean Greek and other staples. Atmosphere is bright and cheerful, clean and inviting. The staff was cheerful and attentive, and Harry, our server, was particularly upbeat and had the right mix of checking in on us without intruding on our conversation. In addition to a bar and dining room there was a porch area for a little bit of an “outdoor“ dining experience. We started out with a little freshly baked bread, olive oil with spices and salt, the bread was flaky and light with wonderful flavor and the olive oil was fresh. I had the Mediterranean salad with lamb and it was exceptional. Great flavor, nicely presented, and plenty of it. Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

I wish this review could reach everyone!!!!! I don’t know how to begin to explain how INCREDIBLE everything about our experience with Orapax was.... We were passing through town on work and staying at a local hotel, we ordered through DoorDash but their ordering options were a bit unclear, so we contacted the restaurant directly for clarification and guidance. The customer service and management was some of the best we’ve ever had, friendly, kind and professional, which is really saying something because we travel the entire country for work and have dealt with A TON of restaurants. When the food came we were blown away. The presentation of the food and the way it was packaged was perfect, which is not typical of take out. The quality and taste were far beyond what we could have imagined...... EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!!!!!! To top it off the baklava was the best we have ever had, and we were recently in Greece..... so please do yourself a BIGGGGGG favor and experience it for yourself
